Funai sought to delaty the timely adjudication of these claims and recentlyh a presiding district courrt judgedenied Funai's motion.
Instead, the judge ruled that VIZIO' antitrust claims should move forward without VIZIO now produces and distributes televisionsx designed witha non-infringing technical solution, which excludes the allegedlt infringing feature from the chipsets in its television products.
