Baptist Healthcare expanding immediate-care clinics - Business First of Louisville:

Baptist Community Health Serv-ices recently completesd the purchaseof PromptCare, an immediate-carew center located at 3215 Westport Green Place. The centerd now operates as Baptisg PromptCare, according to a news release. It previouslt was owned by Drs. Roberf Cloar, Craig Sinnard and Michael Hannigan, who now are full-time employeesz of Baptist CommunityHealth Services. The purchase pricse and other details of the sale werenot disclosed.
